| Which Type of Testing to Request |
- Normally uses up to time-and-a-half for tests in school, and
|
- Normally uses more than time-and-a-half for tests, (or uses extra time only on writing tests), or
|
- Can use a regular type (10-point) or large type (18-point) test booklet.
|
- Requires testing over multiple days, due to the nature of the disability, or
|
- Normally uses alternate test formats such as Braille, audiocassette, audio DVD, or a reader, or aides such as a scribe or computer for essays.
|

- Time-and-a-half: 5 hours total for ACT or 5 hours and 45 minutes total for ACT Plus Writing (including breaks between tests).
