Because the ACT® college readiness assessment is a curriculum- and standards-based assessment, high school administrators, teachers, and counselors can use the test results to improve school and district curriculum, improve instructional practices, make educational interventions, and assist in educational and career planning.
- Combined with ACT Explore® and ACT Plan® data, ACT results help educators monitor academic growth from grades 8 through 12 and better identify when and where students get off target.
- Determining how content area scores align to ACT's College Readiness Standards can help educators improve curriculum and instructional tools.
- Scores from ACT's assessments can be used throughout the high school years to help counselors with student course planning as well as providing direction for post-high school plans.
ACT High School Report
High schools receive an ACT High School Report for each of their ACT-tested students who authorize reporting to the high school.
You can also order a monthly electronic score reporting service.
