I think that the schools shouldn't be extended because of a few reasons that could affect students in the long run. One of the reasons are that the students would not come to school often, the drop out rates would increase and start to lose interest in school. It is not a good idea for five years in a high schools. Even though the acheivement level would be greater but what about the non-college attending, they wouldn't really be interested on staying an extra year in High school.
