New Website Puts Student Information Front and Center

Every year, millions of people visit the ACT website looking for information about the ACT Assessment, and record numbers of students take advantage of the online test registration option. A new website launched this summer makes it even easier for students to find what they need. The new student-centered site is available at www.actstudent.org.

A more relaxed voice, engaging design, and easy access to the information students want highlight the new site.

“This new site is a big step toward acknowledging differences among our website users and audiences,” said Steven O’Neil, ACT’s website director.

Students can use the website to register for the ACT Assessment, answer practice questions, see their scores, send additional score reports, and do all the other things they used to do at the main ACT website.

Seamless navigation between the student site and the corporate ACT site at www.act.org ensures that all audiences find the information they need, regardless of which URL they first access.
