Patrick Terenzini, distinguished professor and senior scientist, Center for the Study of Higher Education, Pennsylvania State University, spoke in July on the ACT main campus in Iowa City as part of the ACT Visiting Scholars Lecture Series. Terenzini gave a public lecture on Turning Trees into a Forest: Conclusions from 35 Years of Research on the Effects of College on Students and led a seminar on The Role of Assessment in Institutional Evaluation and Accountability.
