The Honorable Sonny Perdue, governor of Georgia from 2003 to 2011, is the National Workforce Solutions Advisory Boards inaugural chairman. His visionto link together education and workforce development at the state and community levelled to the creation of Georgia Work Ready, which includes Georgias Certified Work Ready Communities model.
