Meet The National Workforce Solutions Advisory Board

The Honorable Sonny Perdue, governor of Georgia from 2003 to 2011, is the National Workforce Solutions Advisory Board’s inaugural chairman. His vision—to link together education and workforce development at the state and community level—led to the creation of Georgia Work Ready, which includes Georgia’s Certified Work Ready Communities model.

Additional board members represent economic development, education, industry, nonprofit organizations, public policy, and workforce development.
