ACT Names Workforce Development Division President and Chief Operating Officer

Photo of Daniel G. Barney Daniel G. Barney has been named president and chief operating officer of ACT’s Workforce Development Division. His 18 years of business development experience include senior management positions with Arthur Andersen LLP, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Amoco, Price Waterhouse, Pepsi Cola General Bottlers, and United Airlines. He holds a doctorate in administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as well as master of arts and bachelor of science degrees from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut.
