Uses in Academic Support

A key maxim of student retention is that students who need the most help are the least likely to ask for it. With academic support, the key challenge at most campuses is to get students connected to the services they need.

AIM provides information to identify students who want help but may not seek it and also to identify students whose test scores or high school courses indicate they probably need academic support but have not expressed the need for help.
