Application Instructions

Application Deadline: April 15, 2008

Applications must be submitted online by April 15, 2008, before 11:59 p.m., central time.

If contacted that you have been selected as a semifinalist, all supporting documents must be received by May 18, 2008, in order for your application to be considered complete.

Please note that security concerns prevent us from allowing the use of bookmarks to return to the application (it's safe to bookmark this page) or the use of the back button to navigate within the application.

How to Apply

Step 1

Print and read these documents and follow instructions provided:

To view and print the documents as PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) files, select the PDF icons. If Adobe Reader has been downloaded to your computer, the files will transfer to your browser. If not, get a free copy of the software by selecting the Adobe Reader icon below. (Note: When printing, be sure the "fit to print" or "shrink oversized pages to paper size" option in the print dialog box is NOT checked.)

To view and print the documents using Microsoft Word, select the Microsoft Word icons.

Step 2

Register

The deadline for the 2008 Career Advancement Scholarship has passed and the application is closed.

Please check our website after the first of the year for the 2009 application materials.

Step 3

Take the Eligibility Quiz
After you register, you'll be directed to the eligibility quiz. If you pass the eligibility quiz, the remainder of the application will launch automatically. If you do NOT pass the eligibility quiz, you will receive a notification, and the application will not be available to you.

Step 4

Complete the Application
You will be able to return to the application to update and edit as frequently as desired. After you have submitted the application, or after the April 15 deadline, the application will no longer be available.
