To be eligible to order and purchase CAAP test materials, institutions must first complete and submit a CAAP Participation Agreement.

The CAAP Participation Agreement is valid for one academic calendar year (September 1 through August 31 of the following year) and must be renewed on an annual basis.
To order CAAP test materials, institutions must fill out the CAAP Materials Order Form (PDF; 2 pages, 15KB). Forms should be submitted at least two weeks prior to your test date(s). Last-minute shipping is possible if institutions pay for fast delivery. You may order early and then confirm your final numbers fourteen days prior to your beginning test date by calling
A comprehensive CAAP Test Administrator's Manual will be included with your test booklets. This manual clearly specifies all of the protocols that must be followed for the administration of CAAP tests.
Materials are shipped one week prior to the test date. If you would like to receive materials closer to the test date, please indicate this on the order form. Test materials may be kept for up to two weeks and must always be kept secure in a locked area with limited access.
