ACT licenses organizations to provide local access to the WorkKeys system through the WorkKeys Solutions Provider (WSP) program, in order to help strengthen the connections between individuals, employers, training organizations, and educators. WSPs include (but are not limited to) organizations such as two- and four-year colleges, vocational and adult education centers, one-stop centers, career counseling centers or other government agencies. Licensed WorkKeys Solutions Providers give employers and individuals access to WorkKeys services, designed to serve a wide variety of clients and purposes.
