As chief talent officer, Jennifer Yi Boyer focuses on comprehensive labor planning and contemporary talent practices to help team members deliver on ACT’s strategic objectives. Our approach is business-centric, driving change through active engagement with all areas of the business and by encouraging effective behaviors linked to productivity and engagement.
A forward-looking model rooted in strong leadership coaching, with a holistic, inclusive perspective on teamwork, forms the basis for our contributions in transforming the organization.
Jennifer has an MA in leadership and strategic communication from Seton Hall University, a BA in hospitality business administration from Cornell University, and an executive leadership certificate from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government.
She has more than 20 years of experience working in global roles in industries including hospitality, financial services, and manufacturing. She has also volunteered with Johnson County Empowerment, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Homeless Assistance and Leadership Organization, Miracles in Motion Therapeutic Equestrian Center, and is a mentor for minorities and women with Menttium Momentum.
