ACT WorkKeys Training

Overview

Your role as a staff member at an ACT® WorkKeys® test site requires that you have an active understanding of the policies and procedures. ACT WorkKeys tests are considered high-stakes tests for these reasons:

  • Impact: Many ACT WorkKeys examinees are taking the tests to gain a job, keep a job, or gain a promotion. Potentially, the results of the tests could have major implications for their careers.
  • Economy. High-quality tests are expensive to produce. When the security of a test form is compromised, the form is usually withdrawn and must be replaced by a new form, which significantly increases the cost of developing and maintaining tests.

We encourage all testing staff to attend a live webinar training session.
