How to Apply

For information about eligibility requirements and award amounts, download the scholarship poster (PDF).
Application Deadline: March 28, 2012
Applications must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m., central time, March 28, 2012.
Recommendations must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m., central time, March 30, 2012.
If you are selected as a semifinalist, you will need to submit the following:
- Current high school transcript
- Copy of your SAR
- Copy of your parents' 2011 tax return

Application Guidelines |
To view and print the document as a PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) file, select the PDF icon. If Adobe Reader has been downloaded to your computer, the file will transfer to your browser. If not, get a free copy of the software by selecting the Adobe Reader icon below. (Note: When printing, be sure the "fit to print" or "shrink oversized pages to paper size" option in the print dialog box is NOT checked.)
To view and print the document using Microsoft Word, select the Microsoft Word icon.

Register
If you need assistance creating an account, contact us online Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central time, excluding holidays.

Take the Eligibility Quiz
After you register, you'll be directed to the eligibility quiz. If you pass the eligibility quiz, the remainder of the application will launch automatically. If you do NOT pass the eligibility quiz, you will receive a notification, and the application will not be available to you. |

Complete the Application
You will be able to return to the application to update and edit as frequently as desired. After you have submitted the application, or after the March 28 deadline, the application will no longer be available.
