Conference Registration Fee
From March 22 to June 4, the early bird registration fee is $265. After June 4, the registration fee is $295.
The registration fee for the two-hour pre-conference workshops on Wednesday is $50 per workshop. The cost of the daylong forum on meeting and exceeding your enrollment goals is $100.
The pre-conference registration fee includes a hosted lunch on Wednesday for participants attending pre-conference sessions.
Hosted Conference Meals
The conference registration fee includes a lunch on Wednesday for participants attending pre-conference sessions, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday mornings, and a buffet lunch on Thursday.
Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Substitutions can be made online at any time without a penalty. If you are unable attend the conference you must contact ACT at 319.337.1031 on or before July 5, 2013 for a full refund; no refunds after July 5, 2013. Your institution is responsible for payment if you do not attend and do not notify ACT on or before July 5, 2013. This cancellation policy reflects unrecoverable expenses such as pre-shipped conference materials and food services.
Note: Check refunds may take 6–8 weeks to process while credit card refunds may only take 1 week.
Rooms are available at the Chicago Marriott Downtown at a special conference rate of $209/night, which is available for Tuesday through Thursday nights, July 9–11, 2013. A limited number of rooms at the conference rate are also available on Friday and Saturday nights, July 12 and July 13.
We encourage all conference attendees to stay at the conference hotel. Filling the available room block helps ACT to offer participants very reasonable conference registration fees.
