Registration Information

Registration for the conference is now closed. You can register on-site at the conference. Registration is located on the 7th floor at the Chicago Marriott Downtown.

Hours of Registration

  • Wednesday, July 15—7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, July 16—7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, July 17—7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Enrollment Planners Conference fee includes continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch, receptions, and conference materials.

Conference Registration Fee

Conference Registration: $395
Pre-conference Daylong Forum additional fee: $195
  • Pre-conference special topic session additional fee: $95 per session

Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Substitutions can be made online at any time without a penalty. If you are unable attend the conference you must contact Shirley Antolik at 319.333.9637 or shirley.antolik@act.org on or before July 6, 2015, for a full refund; no refunds after July 6, 2015. Your institution is responsible for payment if you do not attend and do not notify Shirley Antolik on or before July 6, 2015. This cancellation policy reflects unrecoverable expenses such as pre-shipped conference materials and food services.

Note: Check refunds may take 6–8 weeks to process while credit card refunds may only take 1 week.
