Register for Your Application Account
(This is separate from your MyMCSF account.)

• New applicants must register by selecting the Register Now button.
• Returning/Renewal applicants (those that registered last year) must select the Return to Application button in Step 4 to login. You will be unable to register for a new account if one has already been created in your name. If you cannot remember the User ID or Password for your account, select the Return to Application button in Step 4 and then the Forgot UserId or Password button.

Eligibility Questionnaire
All applicants will be required to take the eligibility questionnaire which will determine if you are eligible for a scholarship. If you meet the eligibility requirements, the application will launch. If you do NOT meet the eligibility requirements, you will receive a notification and the application will not be available to you.

Complete the Application

• Returning/Renewal applicants (those that registered last year) must select the Return to Application button below to login. If you cannot remember the User ID or Password for your account, select the Return to Application button and then the Forgot UserId or Password button.
• All registered applicants can return to the application to update and edit as frequently as desired before the March 1 deadline by selecting the Return to Application button. After you have submitted the application, it will no longer be available.
