September Testing Nationwide

Beginning in the fall of 2009, ACT will offer September testing for the ACT® test nationwide.* This means that if your school is an ACT test center, the September test date will be available at your school, should you choose to offer it. Find out more about being a test center.

Many students wish to take the ACT in September, and we hope you will consider adding this date to your schedule. The September date is one of the most popular in the states where it has already been offered, and many of your students will be anxious for the opportunity to test as early in the fall as possible.

2009–2010 ACT Test Dates

If your school is an ACT test center, you'll find the September test date added to your renewal form as an option. You can add the September date by placing an X in the box next to the test date and by providing capacity information specific to that test date.

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments by sending an email to TestACT@act.org or by calling us at 800/553-6244, ext. 1510.

* The September 2009 test date is not available in the U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
