For Science, Math, Social Studies, and Language Arts Teachers
The Visiting Teacher Program provides practicing teachers an opportunity to use their classroom expertise and experience to review, evaluate, and develop English, math, science, and social studies teacher resources and instructional support materials.

"My experience here was strengthened by the various workshops, training, and observations in different departments at ACT. I feel that as a teacher, I have quite a bit of helpful information to take back to my students and fellow teachers."
|
Participating teachers work collaboratively with ACT staff to gain practical knowledge and skills in educational measurement that will help them in their own classrooms and provide them with hands-on experience in developing and reviewing English, math, science, and social studies multiple-choice and constructed-response test items.
"I do not look at ACT the same way anymore. I now realize that ACT is more than a company that produces the test students take to go to college."
