ACT National Curriculum Survey®

View the full ACT National Curriculum Survey, 2005–2006 and the companion policy implications report, Aligning Postsecondary Expectations and High School Practice:The Gap Defined.

Every three to five years, ACT conducts the ACT National Curriculum Survey® initiative to ensure its curriculum-based assessment tools accurately measure the skills high school teachers teach and instructors of entry-level college courses expect.

The ACT National Curriculum Survey comprises a comprehensive review of state educational standards documents, survey of educators, and consultation with content area experts across the curriculum.

Results from the 2002–2003 survey are detailed in a report titled Content Validity Evidence in Support of ACT's Educational Achievement Tests.
