Conditioning
These first couple track practices have been so intense! Because I haven’t run in so long, it’s all a huge shock to my body. When I finally get in shape, the workouts we do probably won’t faze my body at all. But for now, I am so sore. Getting in shape is the worst because that is when you’re pushing your body the most, but you have to get it done, and that is exactly what I’m doing: getting it done.
