ACT publishes electronic examinations on secure servers located at each ACT Center location and administers tests using both server-based and Internet-based applications, including many systems provided by external organizations. ACT developed the Validus™ system, virtual test center capabilities to deliver examinations to ACT Center locations, private sites, and temporary test centers operated by schools, universities, professional organizations, government agencies, and businesses. The Validus system includes eight components:
