Frequently Asked Questions

Who can order Additional Score Reports (ASR)?: If you have taken a WorkKeys test within the past five years, you may order an ASR. You will need to identify yourself by providing your first name, last name, the ID number you used when you tested (usually your Social Security number, Student ID, or Employee ID), and the month and day of your birth.
How much do the score reports cost?: Each ASR costs $10 to produce and send to one address. You can send the same report to additional email addresses for a fee of $2 for each address. An additional charge of $3.50 for each address will be applied for sending to postal addresses.

What if I don't have a credit card?: Download the order form (PDF; 2 pages, 40KB), complete it, include a check or money order for payment, and send your order via U.S. mail. Reports will be sent via U.S. mail and extra charges apply.
If I request more score reports than space allows on the order form and attach an additional sheet, will I be charged extra?: No. There is no limit to the number of recipients you can include in each order.

What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?: You may download the free software from the Adobe website.
Where can I have the score reports sent?: Order a copy for yourself or have one sent to your employer, to a potential employer, or to anyone else you designate.

If I check the box to authorize the release of my WorkKeys scores, will my scores be released without my permission?: No. Your WorkKeys scores will only be released to recipients at your request.
What if I forget my Password?: On the Login screen, select "Forgot your password?" Then enter your User ID and email address in the appropriate fields. ACT will send your password to you via email.

Can I choose which tests to include on my score report?: If you are ordering ASRs via email, yes, you can choose which tests to include on the report.; If you are ordering ASRs via U.S. mail, no, you cannot choose which tests to include on the report. All tests you have taken will appear on the paper report.
How are search criteria and score records matched?: The ASR system reads your search criteria, which includes your first name, last name, Social Security number or ID number, and the month and day of your birth. Then the system searches the entire database for records of scores, taken within the last five years, that have the exact same identifying information as the search criteria you entered. If all fields match, then those records are retrieved and included on your score report.

I took several WorkKeys tests more than 5 years ago. Can I get an Additional Score Report for those tests?: No. Only WorkKeys tests that have been taken with the past 5 years are available for ASRs.
Is there a limit to the number of times I request score reports?: No. You can requests scores as often as you like; however, each time you submit a request, you will be charged $10 for the first copy.

What do you mean by "pick up" score reports?: To "pick up" score reports means you have access to the official score report to view and print a copy.
How long does it take to get the score reports?: If you requested score reports via email, you may pick up the reports within a few minutes.; If you requested score reports via U.S. mail, they should be mailed within 2 weeks.

Will I receive confirmation that all recipients received the score reports I requested?: No. You will not receive confirmation that recipients have received the score reports you requested; however, if you requested a copy of your report to be sent to your email address, you will receive confirmation when that report is ready to pick up.
How do I find out if I'm eligible for a certificate?: If you have successfully completed the Proficiency Certificate for Teacher Assistants (PCTA) program, you are eligible for a certificate. The PCTA program includes the following components: Applied Mathematics assessment, Reading for Information assessment, Business Writing or Writing assessment, and Instructional Support Inventory (on-the-job observation).

Will my certificate be delivered via email?: No. All certificates are printed at ACT and sent via U.S. mail.
