Transcripts FAQ
A WorkKeys transcript includes a list of assessments taken, date tested, and level achieved. It also includes a National Career Readiness Certificate number, level, and issue date.
Who can order WorkKeys transcripts?
How do I order a transcript?
WorkKeys transcripts can only be ordered online by using your MyWorkKeys.com account.
If you have already created an account, simply log in and select Candidate Reports on the side navigation.
If you do NOT have an account, simply create an account by providing your name, the ID number you used when you tested (usually your Social Security number, student ID, or employee ID), and the month and day of your birth.
