- What does a WorkKeys transcript include?
- A WorkKeys transcript includes assessment, date tested and level achieved. It also includes National Career Readiness Certificate number, level and issue date.

- How do I order a WorkKeys transcript?
- Login to MyWorkKeys and select Candidate Reports from the side navigation.
- Who can order a WorkKeys transcript?
- If you have taken a WorkKeys test within the past five years, you may order a transcript. You will need to identify yourself by providing your first name, last name, the ID number you used when you tested (usually your Social Security number, Student ID, or Employee ID), and the month and day of your birth.
- How long does it take to get a transcript?
- You will have immediate access to your transcript by downloading the PDF. A paper copy will NOT be sent.
- What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?
- You may download the free software (opens new window) from the Adobe website.
- How much does a transcript cost?
- Each transcript costs $5.
- What if I don't have a credit card?
- ATM cards (Visa or MasterCard) and Visa gift cards may also be used. View the Visa Gift Card Locator (opens new window) for locations in your area.
- What should I do with my transcript?
- Email or print and send to potential employers along with your resume or application.
- What if I forget my password?
- On the login screen, select "Forgot your password?" Then enter your User ID and email address in the appropriate fields. ACT will send your password to you via email.
- Can I choose which tests to include on my transcript?
- Yes, you may check which assessment to include on your transcript.
- I took several WorkKeys tests more than 5 years ago. Can I get a transcript for those tests?
- No. Only WorkKeys tests taken within the past 5 years are available for a transcript.
- Is there a limit to the number of times I can request a transcript?
- No. You can request a transcript as often as you like; however, each time you submit a request, you will be charged $5.
