Workplace Observation Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a new test or just a reworked Observation?

Workplace Observation is a new test. It is not simply Observation with new scenarios. Workplace Observation has five levels (Levels 1 to 5) which reflect a somewhat broader definition of the skill. Observation measured an employee's ability to focus—notice—remember and Workplace Observation places more emphasis on problem solving and critical thinking. While an employee still has to focus and notice what they are observing, they may also be asked to follow, interpret, synthesize, analyze, or evaluate what they have observed.
