SkillMap^® Job Inventory Report

SkillMap compiles the information from all of the participating job experts and performs calculations in order to generate a customized job inventory report. For example, SkillMap uses the task criticality and skill level data provided by the job experts to calculate skill level requirements that correspond to the WorkKeys^® assessments.

This report contains the following information:

• A task list that describes the work required to perform the job, with the tasks in order from most to least critical
• A table showing the WorkKeys skill levels required for entry into the job and for effective performance of the job
• Tables showing the rank value of each of the skills relevant to the job
• Descriptions of the skills and skill levels required to perform the job
• Tables indicating the tasks that were viewed as requiring each skill
• A description of the process used to gather the information from the job experts
