Work Tasks
- Manage the branch office of banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, and finance companies
- Make choices based on laws and rules made by the Federal Reserve Board and the government
- Make the rules for loans, fees, account problems, and collecting money owed
- Call customers and businesses to get more people to use the bank
- Work in private offices or areas near customers
- Use computers, tax forms, calculators, bank cards, security codes, and other bank forms
