Work Tasks
- Make work policies and oversee work rules
- Talk about disputes that workers have with the company
- Give advice to the people in charge of setting up pay, benefits, and work rules
- Study labor laws and other related rules
- Work in offices for many industries such as labor unions, public relations firms, hospitals, banks, department stores, and the government
- Work with data about problems workers have, personnel information, company records, survey results, and legal issues that have to do with work

Education/Training
- Minimum for Entry: A 4-year degree in industrial relations and law

- Certification/Licensing: Certification is available after related courses and tests.
