Work Tasks
- Put in and fix electronic equipment in things like missile controls, radar systems, and medical equipment
- Put electronic parts in new equipment
- Test to make sure everything works correctly
- Keep equipment in good working order
- Work indoors for the government, electronic manufacturers, telephone companies, hospitals, airports, and contractors
- Work with office and industrial electronic equipment, testing equipment like voltmeters and oscilloscopes, blueprints, drawings, and designs

Education/Training
- Minimum for Entry: Training in electronics repair
