Work Tasks

• Carry bags for people at hotels, airports, or railroad and bus stations
• Call taxicabs, run errands, give directions, and help people with disabilities
• Clean station floors, wash walls, windows, and counters, and dust furniture
• May mail shipments, figure the cost, tag items, and record details on forms
• Work for bus, railroad, and airline companies and hotels
• Work with baggage, hand carts, powered carts and trucks, conveyor belts, and cleaning tools
