Work Tasks
- Organize and supervise all post office activities
- Make sure mail gets where it is supposed to go and workers are doing their jobs
- Deal with customer complaints and tell the public about new postal laws and regulations
- Hire, train, and evaluate workers and make their work schedules
- Work indoors in post offices
- Work with forms, schedules, mail sorting machinery, stamps, money orders, bonds, certificates, and post boxes

- $90,000 average per year ($43.25 per hour)

Education/Training
- Minimum for Entry: Work experience in the U.S. Postal Service
- Employers Prefer: A 4-year degree
- Certification/Licensing: You must be a U.S. citizen and pass a test.
