- Answer questions about flight schedules, costs, and connecting flights
- Use computers to reserve seats and cargo space for customers
- Be aware of special rates and services
- Send or email confirmations and tickets to passengers
- Work in large central offices for airline companies at airports or other locations
- Work with computers, the Internet, flight timetables, fare schedules, airline manuals, customers, reference guides, and tickets
