Work Tasks
- Help engineers plan and build robots and robotics systems
- Program the robot and teach others how to use it
- Test robots and robotics, suggest changes, and fix them if they do not work correctly
- Keep records of robots and make charts and graphs of the data collected
- Work in labs and automated factories for all types of manufacturers, including robot manufacturers
- Work with hand and power tools, computers, robots, sketches, drawings, blueprints, industrial machines, machine tools, and measuring instruments
