Work Tasks
- Sell tickets for planes, buses, ships, and trains, and places of interest and entertainment
- Assign seats and check baggage, check passports
- Answer customer questions, give directions
- Help customers plan routes and figure ticket costs
- Work for the airlines, hotels, railroads, bus lines, and movie theaters, parks, and museums
- Work with schedules, rate books, baggage, tickets, passports, visas, maps, forms, computers, and telephones
