• Call businesses to ask if they would like to apply for bank loans or new accounts
• Explain the bank's services to people they call
• Find out what a customer's banking needs are
• May handle a single account for a business or individual
• Work for banks, savings and loan associations, and other credit institutions
• Work with applications, loan forms, bank documents, computers, and telephones
