Work Tasks
- Get information from people who are opening bank accounts, going into the hospital, or answering consumer surveys
- Make sure the information is correct and make a file for it
- Tell people about services they can get
- Bill patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones
- Work for banks, hospitals, health care facilities, and market research firms
- Work with people, application forms, clerical papers, computers, and office machines
