Work Tasks
- Keep personnel records of all the employees of an organization
- Keep reports by supervisors on how employees are doing in their jobs and how often then miss work
- Update forms when an employee changes insurance or moves to a different job in the company
- Make reports for managers and talk to people who apply for jobs
- Work for the government, colleges, universities, hospitals, department stores, banks, and most businesses
- Work with computers, office machines, employee forms, and employee records
