Work Tasks
- Tell visitors what the park has to offer
- Make sure park rules are followed
- Ensure that park visitors are safe and give first aid if needed
- Register vehicles, collect park fees, and give out parking permits
- Work for the U.S. Department of Interior for the federal government
- Work with visitors, exhibits, books, brochures, and information about the park, wildlife, plants, water, conservation programs, and rescue equipment

Education/Training
- Minimum for Entry: A 4-year degree in park and recreation management, business or public administration, or the natural sciences
