Computer & Information Specialties Profile
Depak Karesh is a microcomputer support specialist for a medium-sized manufacturing company. He provides technical assistance, advice, and training to system users. He also investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems. He spends a lot of time answering client questions in person or over the telephone about computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, programming languages, electronic mail, and operating systems. He enjoys solving difficult problems and being appreciated for his expertise. What he least enjoys are the pressure to solve every problem "now" and the unwillingness of staff to learn simple procedures that would save them time.
