Ted Larson is a software engineer. He works for a company that provides hardware to the U.S. government. His job is to develop software and determine feasibility of design within time and cost limits. He must consult with hardware engineers and other engineering staff to evaluate the interface between hardware and software and the operational and performance requirements of the system.
