In this program, you will focus on the theories, methods, and techniques used to plan, produce, and distribute audio and video programs and messages. You will learn to work as staff, producers, directors, and managers of radio and television shows and in media organizations. This includes instruction in digital communication technologies and computer applications. You will learn about planning, scheduling, and production; writing and editing, performing and direction; and marketing and distribution of radio and television shows.
- A certificate or an associate degree prepares individuals to assist in writing, producing, and managing radio and television shows at a radio or TV station or other broadcasting company.
