Jason Happel

Jason Happel started at ACT in 2016 and now leads ACT’s corporate services area. Jason leads an array of ACT departments, including strategic partnerships, corporate development, legal, test security, strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, facilities, corporate travel, business process engineering, and planning. He is a business leader and attorney with more than 20 years of experience leading shared services and supply chain teams.

After working in private practice, Jason led shared services functions at the Human Capital Company, a strategic management consulting firm, and then at MetaCommunications, a software company. Jason then held various supply chain leadership roles for nearly 10 years at a Fortune 500 company.

Jason has a B.A. in mathematics and political science from Luther College. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business.
