ACT Appoints New Chief Talent Officer

IOWA CITY, Iowa—ACT, Inc. has hired Jennifer Yi as chief talent officer and vice president of workplace excellence. Yi will focus on learning and leadership development, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, and rewards, recognition and compensation systems. Yi has held similar positions in numerous industries including manufacturing, financial services and hospitality. She comes to ACT from Diversey, Inc, where she served as vice president of global talent strategies. Prior to that, Yi built effective talent strategies while working for CIT, AllianceBernstein, Citi, Hilton and Sheraton. Yi holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She and her family live in Coralville.
