ACT and WDE are conducting test administration training workshops for appointed testing staff in Wyoming schools who will be administering the ACT and WorkKeys tests this spring. These workshops will be held at three locations across the state. Dates, times and locations for the workshops can be found on the Workshop Invitation (pdf listed under Test Administration Training Workshops, on this page). All workshops are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. with check-in beginning at 8:00 a.m. Attendance is required for all newly appointed testing staff. Deadline for ACT to receive completed Request for ACT-Approved Test Accommodations forms with accompanying documentation for students enrolled at schools in Wyoming as of January 1, 2010. Requests must be signed and accompanied by all required documentation. This information cannot be faxed to ACT. Instead, Test Accommodations Coordinators should use an overnight delivery service with tracking services to ship directly to ACT at:

Deadline for ACT to receive completed WorkKeys Test Materials Order Forms from Wyoming schools, to indicate the quantity of WorkKeys test materials that will be needed for standard time testing and for students who will be testing with any accommodations. Deadline for Wyoming Test Supervisors to submit confirmation forms online with total Grade 11 enrollment expected to take the ACT for Spring 2010. Students who plan to take WorkKeys should not be included with this total. On January 25, e-mails were sent out to Test Supervisors with login and password information, linking them to the State Testing for Online Services website. Please contact ACT with any questions.
