Andrew Taylor has worked in education for more than 20 years. Having worked in a number of positions both domestic and global markets, he brings a wealth of experience of not only high stakes, high volume assessments but also in the wider K-12 and higher education spaces.
Taylor has led delivery teams for national assessments in the UK, worked in partnership with national work based associations to deliver credentials and learning materials to every age and stage of learners in the work readiness space, and worked to build the largest private/public partnership in online higher education.
Today he leads the product function within ACT, which is accountable for product build, development, and launch, across millions of test takers in the U.S., as well as spanning test takers in more than 100 countries. Taylor’s passion for learning and education is based in the belief that there are multiple paths to success and our job is to empower learners to discover those at whatever times of their lives they are ready for that discovery.
