Ian Necus

Ian Necus brings a wealth of expertise spanning three decades in technology, assessment, and education to his role at ACT. As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Ian spearheads all enterprise technology initiatives within the organization.

Before joining ACT, Ian served as an executive consultant to the CIO at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, held leadership roles in product and engineering at Colibri Group, and served as CIO for 12 years at PSI, an assessment and talent management solutions provider.

Originally from Northampton, England, Ian earned his bachelor's degree in math and chemistry from Keele University. He lives in Southern California with his wife, two daughters, and a Great Dane named Guinness.
