ACT District Testing on ACT Now

The ACT District Testing program provides students the opportunity to earn college-reportable ACT scores by taking the test in their own classrooms. 

Important Dates

The Schedule of Events, located on the ACT Now homepage, contains all dates and deadlines for ACT Now District Testing test events. Check it frequently to stay on track for testing. We recommend uploading students as early as possible but you may upload students, assign events, and add accommodations up to the day before you test online.

TCM Resources

Tip: All ACT Polices need to be thoroughly read and agreed to in TCM, accessed through ACT Now. If you are serving as your site's Test Coordinator and Room Supervisor, you only need to agree to the training modules for the Test Coordinator. The information found in the Room Supervisor modules are captured in the Test Coordinator Modules.

 Administer Test:

Tip: Students may not receive scores from more than one test date per season (spring or fall). If students are allowed to test more than once in a season, ACT will report only the scores from the first test. The second set of scores will be cancelled. The Administration Manual includes details on student eligibility for makeup testing within an ACT District or ACT State test administration. A student may not test in both an ACT District and an ACT State administration.
