Updating the Progress Toward the ACT National Career Readiness Certificate Indicator

The purpose of this study is to update the Progress Toward the ACT NCRC indicator so that it corresponds to the certification level that is likely to be obtained on the version of the ACT WorkKeys NCRC assessments released in 2017.
