Helping Your Students...Easy as 1, 2, 3, 4!

1. Administer Assessments

Workplace skill requirements are outpacing educators’ ability to prepare their students, leaving a widening skills gap. Ensure that your students are prepared for life beyond their diploma with ACT WorkKeys® - the cornerstone of the ACT workforce solutions. Learn more about the assessments.

2. Prep for Assessments

When your students use ACT WorkKeys Curriculum, they aren’t just working on increasing assessment scores, they have the opportunity to earn the NCRC, as well as enhance the cognitive foundational skills required for success in the workplace. Learn more about the curriculum.

3. Match Skills to Jobs

The ACT WorkKeys job profiling method links job tasks with ACT WorkKeys assessments to pinpoint benchmarks for hiring, recruiting, advancement, and training. ACT job profiling takes a focus-group approach, using input from employees to ensure customized job analysis.

4. Award College Credit for WorkKeys NCRC

Research shows that students who earn credit through prior learning assessment (PLA) programs persist to graduation at a greater rate than those who do not earn credit. The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends that colleges and universities award up to six semester hours of college credit to an individual who earns the WorkKeys NCRC at the Silver, Gold, or Platinum level.
